My Story
By Shar.
Built for the people who were told their texture was too much to manage.
A curl specialist shaped by lived experience. Shar grew up struggling to understand and embrace her natural hair, then entered the Aveda Institute in 2021 to specialize in textured hair.
She joined Hairology Studio under Josie Vilay, built a loyal curl-focused clientele, and grew her educational content into a community of more than 500,000 followers.
